I am very pleased to welcome you to Brunel Academies Trust (Brunel) and its subsidiary company Brunel Education (BE). We are an aspirational educational community that enables all CYP to succeed and acquire the knowledge and skills they need to contribute to their community. We are all working together to provide learning experiences that lead to significantly improved life chances and outcomes for all our children and young people. Brunel’s vision is to be an exceptional creative educational family opening doors, opening minds and changing lives. The Brunel family is committed to this vision, firmly believing there should be an educational community with no barriers only potential.
To ensure we can deliver on our vision, in 2023/2024 we will be engaging with all our children and young people, their families, staff and Trust leaders to ensure effective collaboration and sharing of best practice is fully embedded in all areas. This collective responsibility and accountability ensures that we are stronger together. Trust leaders believe that investment in our children and young people, their families, staff and the structures that support Brunel is pivotal to our success.
Our children and young people deserve and need exceptional opportunities, learning environments and staff. The pride that our children and young people have in their schools and settings is evident from their smiles and openness to talk about or show you their work. They are remarkable, with a real desire to contribute to their wider community and be valued.
Family really is at the heart of all we do. We always put our families first, recognising the incredible job they do every day to support their children and young people in achieving happiness and their rightful place in their community.
To be able to offer these life changing opportunities for our children and young people we need to have exceptional staff. We invest heavily in the people who work in our provisions and believe in developing our staff across every level of the Brunel family. This investment has been vital in supporting and enabling staff to continue safely deliver their role, while embracing a new and complex way of working.
